Accommodation

Waterfall Farm Holiday Cottages comprise three separate cottages. Teal Cottage, Heron Cottage and Grebe Cottage. We live in the farm house next door.

Each cottage is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave oven, electric cooker and colour television. Bed linen and towels are provided and there is a cot and high chair available upon request. There is central heating throughout and all electricity is included in the price.

There is also ample The chickens at our holiday cottages in central Norfolk parking available as well as an on-site barbeque and children's play area complete with swings, slides, sand pit, play house and a trampoline.

Smoking is not allowed in the cottages, however dogs are welcome by arrangement and can be taken for walks locally. There are a variety of animals to be seen in the smallholding and you can collect your own free-range eggs. This is a real treat for the children!

It has a spacious double aspect lounge with dining area and a well appointed gallery style kitchen. There is also a tasteful bathroom with bath, toilet and hand basin. Overlooking the patio and fields beyond, Heron holiday cottage sleeps four in comfort in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is a generous lounge with cosy dining area. Heron Cottage also features a well appointed kitchen and a bathroom with separate shower, toilet and basin. Exposed brickwork adds to the ambience of Heron Cottage. Overlooking the patio and undulating meadows beyond, Grebe holiday cottage sleeps five in comfort in one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one spacious single bedroom. Grebe Cottage offers a large comfortable lounge and dining area with feature archway to the spacious well-appointed kitchen. The bright bathroom provides a shower, toilet, bath and hand basin. Kingfisher Dip

The new simming pool to enjoy on your holiday in central Norfolk A recent addition to our leisure facilities is a new, heated indoor swimming pool, which is located close to the farm cottages. The pool is more than 7 metres long and is housed in a traditional rustic barn setting. There are also modern changing rooms and these facilities are further complemented by a charming 'waterscape mural' painted on the wall at the shallow end of the pool. The pool can be booked throughout the year and is ideal for both children and adults. If you wish to swim during your stay it is best to book the pool in advance. It costs just Ł2 per person per hour, or Ł25 per week per cottage.
