Your hosts Bernie and Sally Marsham will provide a warm welcome, reassuring you that you've chosen the perfect retreat from which to explore rural Norfolk. Nestling in the beautiful Wensum Valley, there is unlimited scope for leisure persuits throughout the seasons. Famous for its diverse flora and fauna, Norfolk is especially blessed with its unique combination of lakes, meandering rivers, fine beaches and woodland scenery. On the farm itself we have recently added Kingfisher Dip, a relaxing pool literally just on your doorstep, and we have a variety of animals including hens from which you can collect your own free range eggs!

Waterfall Farm Holiday Cottages are tucked away one mile from the village of Swanton Morley, which itself is about three miles from Dereham in the centre of Norfolk. Right on our very doorstep we have large mature fishing lakes (for which we have two permits available), the river Wensum, Bawdeswell Heath and Bylaugh Wood and Hall. You are surrounded by gentle hills amongst pleasant open countryside with walks galore. Yet you'll enjoy easy access to the whole of the region, with the coast less than half an hour away and the cultural city of Norwich just eighteen miles away.
